What is hypnobirthing? 

Most people think hypnobirthing is breathing techniques and positive thinking, but it's more than that. Done properly, hypnobirthing actually rewires how you feel about birth, so you're not just coping with fear, you've genuinely moved beyond it. At Pop That Mumma, my approach is to be honest about what labour feels like, to give you practical advice about what truly helps when labour gets hard, and designed to leave you feeling ready rather than just informed.

What is Real-Talk Hypnobirthing? 

My approach to birth preparation is different from mainstream hypnobirthing. Many courses are built around the idea that if you learn enough or relax enough, birth will be easier. But that can set women up to feel like they've failed when it gets intense. Real-Talk Hypnobirthing is Pop That Mumma’s unique approach. Does Birth Box work for all birth types?
