Birth box is awe-inspiring, I wanted something both me and my partner could work through together and this course helped me achieve my dream birth which is a memory I will never forget. The course installed confidence in not only me but my partner too, this course NEEDS to be the standard for every woman and birth partner preparing for birth! It’s raw, real and a good laugh. It helped me overcome anxiety from my previous birth as well as helping me and my partner discuss how we both felt and what we both wanted for the birth, it gave my partner a greater understanding and respect for what was going to happen. It’s the perfect course for a busy lifestyle with videos and podcast like audios which you can listen to on the go! I gave birth in the pool with my partner holding me; Welcoming our girl into the world together was such a surreal experience that neither of us will ever forget, the midwives all said how breathtaking it was watching me and my partner work together and seeing how supportive he was, they were taken aback by my serenity and control and even had to ask when I was contracting!
