Why I created
Sonic Rooms 

After my first birth, I found the transition to motherhood really hard. It can be a lonely place - you're a new person, and no one is there to guide you through it.

I missed my pregnancy relaxations. They had always helped me to find calm in brief quiet moments. So I created Sonic Rooms to give every mum a way back to that feeling. In bed, in the bath or out on a walk, just press play and let the audio take over.

How do I use Sonic Rooms? There’s a short “How to Use This Program” audio inside the album, but the flow is simple. Sonic Rooms is designed as a five-step experience. You move through one room at a time, staying with each track for 7 nights so the ideas have space to settle. The structure is intentional. Repeating the same room for 7 nights familiarity, depth, and a clearer shift before you move on.It’s an experience you return to, not a one-off listen.

How long is each track? Each guided track is 25 minutes. There’s about 5 minutes of music for relaxing, unwinding, or listening at night.

How does it support mothers? Sonic Rooms gives you a simple way to unwind and reconnect with yourself in the middle of busy motherhood. The tracks are designed to be listened to at night or whenever you need to switch off, helping you settle your mind, soften tension, and create a calmer inner space.

Can I use during pregnancy? Yes. Listen to Sonic Rooms during pregnancy as part of preparing for motherhood. You can use this album alongside Oxytocin Bubble.

Is Sonic Rooms suitable if I'm new to meditation? Yes. The tracks are simple, guided, and created for real-life moments, even if you’ve never tried meditation before.
