About Poppy Child

Hi, I'm Poppy Child, founder of Pop That Mumma. A qualified hypnobirthing teacher, birth doula, mum of three and podcast host.​

​After my first daughter, Juniper, was born, I was completely lost for words. I'd spent my whole pregnancy fearing birth, only for it to become one of the most powerful moments of my life.

​

That experience inspired me to create the birth preparation I'd been missing - Birth Box.​

​

​Everything I teach is grounded in my professional training, years of supporting women and families, and from my tireless curiosity when it comes to empowering women during their birth.
