Let me introduce Hypnobirthing

A little about me...

I'm Poppy Child, a certified hypnobirthing instructor, doula and mum of three based in London. I founded Pop That Mumma after my experience preparing for my first birth.

 

I took a hospital-led course and a hypnobirthing course, I read the books and I should have felt so ready. But something was missing.

​

Nobody was being honest about pain. I knew birth was going to be intense, but nobody was talking about it truthfully. I couldn't find the confidence I knew I actually needed.

​

So I went deeper. I researched, practised and prepared differently. I had a hospital birth with my daughter Juniper that genuinely changed me. Not because it was easy, but because I felt ready for it.

​

That experience gave me the birth bug, and eventually, Pop That Mumma. Because every pregnant woman deserves preparation that's honest, practical and actually works when things get real.
