I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for your Birth Box. I had a no intervention birth, and my boy was born within an hour after a night of - calmly and presently- breathing through my contractions at home before heading to the hospital.

 

Things slowed down at the hospital and I had to get in the right mindset again, my husband and I listened to some music, did some dancing, and then went on a short walk…keeping things light…

 

Once the contractions ramped up (and o they did!) my body took the lead completely. I ended up roaring my baby out on all fours in the delivery room, it was incredible, and so powerful.

 

When I felt the ring of fire, I paused and took a deep breath, I knew we made it….my baby and I, we did it.
