Hi Poppy,

 

Your birth box hypnobirthing course is absolutely amazing, through listening to this and fully preparing for my second birth and healing from my first, I was able to deliver my daughter completely unmedicated and without a midwife (they were 5 minutes late) 😂 I trusted my body, I tested before pushing the head out and was able to wait for contractions and the whole time I had your voice in my head telling me I could do this and we were going to be ok. My husband caught our little girl and we are now 24 hours later and still riding the high of our amazing birth story! All thanks to your course.
