The first ever Pop That Fest

This marks Pop That Mumma's first-ever live event, held in a gorgeous London venue.

The festival will be jam packed full of useful information and tips for both you and your birth partner, taught in a new and immersive way.

You'll learn to:

  • OVERCOME the fear of childbirth.

  • Stay calm and FOCUSED during labour.

  • BREATHE through contractions with specialised techniques for each stage of labour.

  • EMPOWER your birth partner with exceptional support skills.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I come alone or with a birth partner?

The event has been designed with both you and your birth partner in mind. Many people will take this opportunity as a babymoon and make a weekend of it, however we do have single tickets on offer should your birth partner not be able to make it. You may also bring a pregnant pal as your plus 1!

 

What’s included?

Tickets include up close access to immersive and inspiring sessions and workshops run by Poppy and other industry leaders and brands as well as lunch and refreshments throughout the day. 

How is this different to Birth Box?

Pop that fest is a one day, all encompassing festival giving attendees the opportunity to get birth ready in a day all wrapped up in Poppy’s signature way. This is a chance to get up close and personal with the world’s most exciting talent when it comes to birth.

Will this really help me feel confident about birth?
